Will you back up my files/emails?
You must back up your own files/emails before I start my work.
What if I change my mind after you have deleted my account? Can I get it back and get a refund?
Most email sites and cloud storage sites have a grace period during which your data can be restored. You will have to contact them to see if they can restore your data for you. However, you will not be refunded for completed work.
What will you do with the data?
