FAQ
Do you use AI?
Yes. AI helps draft copy, structure pages and power the FAQ chatbot. Every delivery is customized to your business; we disclose this in the Gig. If you want no AI, tell us before ordering.
Who hosts the site?
You keep ownership. We hand over files / CMS access as agreed. Hosting/domain stay in your account unless you ask us to use a provider you already have.
Will the chatbot invent answers?
No. It's limited to the FAQs and content you approve. Unknown questions can capture a lead or point to a human.
