He was really rushed for time had me buy some extra things I didn’t need - he did install dialer but didn’t want to finish installing everything for soft phone had to actually end up doing that part myself - it was quick but I really felt like he didn’t want to fully do the job and was annoyed if I had any questions - the dialer is up n working
