I build AI support agents and automations that take repetitive work off support and ops teams. In production, I set up Intercom Fin AI during a migration to Intercom: behavior, answer sources and human handoff. Fin now resolves 70%+ of incoming live chats. I also built an n8n + Claude flow where a Slack emoji reaction on an alert sends the client a message automatically.
