• Production-deployed a dual-STM32 embedded data logger for on-road thermal and vibration acquisition across 4 units; owned full development from hardware design through firmware, integration, and field validation. • Designed 8-channel thermal measurement hardware: MAX31865 PT100 RTD interfaces over SPI, 4-layer Altium PCB (dedicated GND/power planes, EMI-aware routing), embedded C firmware with Kalman-filtered acquisition on STM32 NUCLEO-H743ZI2. • Built Python DAQ pipeline (PyQt5 dashboard, threshold alerting, CSV logging) and an LLM-assisted test coverage gap analysis tool (Streamlit + GPT-4o-mini) for the engineering team. • Delivered full technical handoff documentation: design rationale, firmware architecture, test procedures, README files for 4 production units
