I worked as a Hardware Design Engineer at AKSA-SDS, where I handled complete electronic product development from concept to production. My core responsibilities included: Schematic design and multi-layer PCB layout using Altium Designer High-speed and power PCB routing with proper impedance and grounding strategies Analog and digital circuit design Power supply and power management system design Microcontroller-based embedded hardware development (ESP, AVR, ARM) EMI/EMC optimization and signal integrity improvements BOM preparation and component selection Prototype testing, debugging, and production support Using Altium Designer, I developed industry-standard 2-layer and 4-layer boards with proper stack-up planning, ground planes, controlled routing, and DFM-compliant layouts ready for manufacturing. This role strengthened my expertise in professional PCB design, power electronics, and embedded hardware systems.
