I established and led a multidisciplinary team of engineers specializing in interior design, exterior design, and landscape architecture. I managed the team while actively collaborating with them throughout the design and project development process. Together, we successfully produced multiple design projects and completed both the design development and execution phases. My role involved organizing the workflow, assigning tasks based on each team member’s individual skills and strengths, and ensuring efficient collaboration within the team. I continuously reviewed the team’s work, provided guidance and technical support when needed, and maintained quality control across all project stages. In addition to my managerial responsibilities, I also contributed directly by creating architectural designs and preparing detailed engineering drawings and project documentation.
