I'm a Ph.D. immunologist working in an Academia Sinica research environment, focused on bone marrow and hematopoietic stem/progenitor cell (HSPC) biology. Day to day I design and run multicolor and spectral flow cytometry panels, build gating strategies for rare populations, and analyze data in FlowJo, Python, and scRNA-seq pipelines. I help researchers design better panels, fix gating problems, and get flow figures ready for submission and reviewer questions. I also help with biomedical manuscripts in English and Chinese.
