Can it send me leads to my email or phone?
Absolutely. All packages include options to route new lead info via email or text. Premium packages also support CRM syncing, tagging, and automation.
Do I need my own OpenAI API key for GPT chatbots?
Yes — if you choose the GPT-powered option, I’ll guide you step-by-step on how to set up a free or paid OpenAI account and connect your API key securely.
What if I want to connect this to my CRM or Google Sheet?
That’s included in the Pro and Premium packages. If you choose Basic, you can add CRM integration as an extra. I’ll handle the full setup for tools like Go High Level, Notion, Mailchimp, etc.
Do I need to manage or update the bot myself?
Nope. I handle the full setup. If you want ongoing tweaks, re-training, or usage reports, I offer an optional monthly maintenance plan — just ask after your order.
Will you install the chatbot on my website for me?
