Ken was helpful and responsive. He tried to get some tickets for me that I knew would be very challenging. It ended up being nearly impossible (suspect there were no tickets dropped for the general sale), but I appreciated his help and effort and will work with him again. Thank you again.

Ken helped us to obtain the ghibli tickets, kept us informed about every step and sent them to our hotel in Japan at the agreed time.
