Our second time booking, and they delivered flawlessly again! First Ghibli Museum, and now PokePark. The entire experience was top-notch. I find him very professional, and understand my concern as the first time traveller to Japan and provide additional information such as screen shot of the order with my name on it, how to proceed to collect the ticket in Japan, etc. and he offer additional help if i shall face any issue 6 weeks later...

MatchanOki helped me buy Gion Odori tickets that I couldn't purchase myself — the official shop doesn't accept foreign cards. He was responsive, kept me updated, and chased the exchange number from the shop when it was delayed. Everything arrived, and I could confirm the booking. Highly recommended!
