When will you deliver my order?
It will be delivered in 24 hours. Most orders will take a FULL 24 hours to deliver. Scripts over 600 words will take longer. You can add "Extra Fast Delivery" gig extra for faster delivery (only for scripts 1000 words or less). I also offer 1 Hour Delivery, but you must message me first for that.
What is "Commercial Rights"?
If you intend to use the voice over for ANY business-related purposes, including youtube videos, you will need to purchase the Commercial Rights gig extra. More info can be found at: https://www.fiverr.com/terms_of_service#ownership
What is "Full Broadcast Rights"?
If you intend to broadcast the voice over in paid-marketing advertisements on internet, radio, or TV, then the Full Broadcast Rights gig extra must be purchased. More info can be found at: https://www.fiverr.com/terms_of_service#ownership
What is "Video Game License" and "E-Learning License"?
If you intend to use the voice over in a video game or any other similar interactive media, then you must purchase the Video Game Rights license. If you intent to use the voice over in an e-learning or educational course, then you must purchase the E-Learning License.
If I purchase the Background Music gig extra, can I choose the song?
Yes, I'm a licensed member of a royalty-free music website offering thousands of music options. When you order the Background Music gig extra, I will send you a link to choose a song or I can choose a song for you.
What is your revision policy?
If I make a mistake, I will make a revision for free. If YOU make a mistake or change the script in ANY way after the voice over has already been delivered, there will be additional charge for revisions. Revisions cost $10 per 100 words that need to be revised.
What audio format do you provide?
Standard audio format I provide is .MP3 (mono/192kbps/441hz/24bit). If you require .WAV format or any other specific export format, please select the "HQ Audio file" gig extra when you order.
What time zone are you located in?
I'm in the Eastern Time Zone (USA - New York)
Do you use AI to record voice overs?
I have never and will never use AI to create voice overs. The voice over you receive will be 100% my real human voice. I also do not allow under any circumstance for my voice to be used to train AI models. By purchasing my services, you agree to never use my voice for AI.
Is there anything you won't record?
I do not record vulgar or adult-related language. I also do not record testimonials or anything that I believe may be misleading or related to a scam. I reserve the right to deny any work that I do not feel comfortable voicing.
