I am a Japan-based native Japanese speaker and a certified business secretary (Grade 2), with 6 years in customer support and 3 years of back-office work at Japanese companies. I am the person my clients send out to deal with their partners and suppliers. I contact companies in proper Japanese, get a real answer, and report back to you in clear English. I help with two things. Bookings in Japan that only work in Japanese, and business inquiries such as quotes and product specs from Japanese companies. I work with you in English by text only, and I do not purchase, ship, or pay on your behalf.
