In my previous role, I managed the full accounting cycle end-to-end — from recording daily transactions and journal entries through to preparing final financial statements. I worked at a service-based company (no inventory or warehousing involved), handling general ledger maintenance, accounts reconciliation, and month-end closing procedures. I used QuickBooks Desktop as the primary accounting system, supported by Excel for financial analysis, reporting, and ad-hoc reconciliations.
