Hey, I’m Youssef, a US based product designer in Southern California. I turn 3D scans into clean, accurate CAD models that are ready to print or manufacture.
I have my own 3D scanner, so if you don’t have a scan I can scan the part for you. I’ve scanned over 200 parts, from small clips to full bumpers, and every model is checked against the original scan for accuracy.
I also run my own printers, so I can prototype, test fit, and adjust until it’s right. I have access to engineering materials like carbon fiber nylon, PC, ASA, stiff and soft TPU, and foaming TPU

Responsible for 3D scanning, reverse engineering and CAD modeling of discontinued and hard-to-find automotive trim and interior parts for Mercedes, Porsche, BMW and Jaguar. • Converted 3D scans into clean, print-ready STL and editable STEP models built as true solid geometry • Checked every model against the original scan using overlays and accuracy maps • Designed clips, mounts and tolerances for FDM printing in ASA, PC and CF nylon • Rebuilt broken or missing sections and designed custom brackets, mounts and adapters • Prepared parts for production 3D printing, including print orientation and support planning
