Created automated reporting pipelines delivering precise, consistent data to support operational and management decision-making. Implemented an automatic reward and incentive system driven by employee performance metrics and business rules. Maintained a production system continuously since 2024 with minimal regressions and high client trust. Created communication channel between Internal timesheet system and QuickBooks via QuickBooks API, resulting in a huge time saving for admin and accounting.
