Architected and delivered a distributed, multi-service enterprise platform in Go (Bun ORM) spanning ERP, CRM, HR,fi nance/accounting, procurement, project management, and fi eld operations, with services integrated over REST contractsand asynchronous ev Owned payment and fi nancial integrations end to end — payment providers (Craftgate, Stripe), webhook processing,third-party accounting systems — explicitly modeling idempotency, retries, and reconciliation to eliminate double-charge andinconsistent-state risk. Designed the asynchronous backbone between services —Kafka (topic and partitioning strategy, consumer groups, retry /dead-letter handling, idempotent consumers), RabbitMQ, and a custom task scheduler — keeping fi nancial and operationalfl ows eventually consistent. Modeled and tuned PostgreSQL (transactional and reporting domains: schema design, index strategy, query optimization) and MongoDB (fl exible-schema, high-write domains: indexing, replica sets, aggregation pipelines), signifi cantly improvingheavy reporting and query paths. Built the platform's communication and document infrastructure: SMS (NetGSM), email (Mailgun), push and WhatsAppnotifi cations; S3-compatible object storage (MinIO / AWS); role-based authorization with Keycloak, and Redis for cachingand distributed locking. Built end-to-end observability with distributed tracing (Uptrace), structured logging (Zap), and metrics; used it to locate andremove performance bottlenecks across service boundaries. Ran production deployment and operations on Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, and AWS with CI/CD pipelines. Led a 7-person cross-functional team (3 backend, 2 frontend, 1 mobile, 1 analyst); owned architecture decisions, mentoring,and code review, and established engineering standards (service boundaries, ORM conventions, migration practices) thatheld across domain boundaries. Worked full-stack where needed, delivering front-end features in TypeScript with Vue and React alongside the backendservices.
