Worked as Recruitment Resourcer for United Kingdom (UK) Clients at an outsourcing company. Responsibilities • Searching for candidates via the Internet/Job boards/Online Communities/Networking Websites. • Identifying and screening suitable candidates. • Sourcing C Vs from online Job boards. Sourcing the right Candidates from different portals like Job site, Monster, Times job, Total Jobs, CV-Library, Reed, LinkedIn, X-Ray etc. • Sourcing candidates and provide shortlisted candidates to clients. • Maintain Excel Sheets for daily activity performance and for managing different roles. • Responsible for creating networks through different business portals like LinkedIn and references. • Responsible for regular interaction with the clients, understanding the client needs and ensuring to get more business from existing clients. • Ensuring quality of resumes before they are sent to the client. • Balancing between client’s requirements (JD) and candidate’s requirements.
