Dual-brand P&L | 200+ fleet vendors & 3PL partners | 13,000+ monthly movements | AED 500K+ revenue | UAE & GCC • Logistics costs were bleeding margin: Redesigned the full multi-modal strategy and aligned capacity to real demand — cutting logistics costs by ~35% while maintaining service quality across 13,000+ monthly movements. • No operating model existed for Chauferly: Architected the complete model from zero (Aug 2024–Feb 2025) — driver economics, 3PL structure, fleet SOPs, cost framework, customs compliance, and KPI governance — then took full P&L ownership at launch. • Vendor & 3PL network was fragmented and unaccountable: Built a structured 200+ vendor and 3PL partner network with KPIs, compliance audits, SLA frameworks, payout controls, and performance benchmarks — turning a fragmented supplier base into a governed, high-performance network. • Operations were reactive and data-blind: Deployed AI-enabled demand forecasting, automated SLA tracking, and real-time KPI dashboards — eliminating reactive decision cycles and giving leadership live operational and financial visibility across all sites. • Revenue growth was constrained by delivery inconsistency: Partnered with Sales and BD to build seamless post-sale delivery — directly enabling AED 500K+ in consistent monthly B2B and subscription revenue and strong client retention across dual-brand operations.
