How do you access my system — and is my data safe?
Via AnyDesk/TeamViewer/VPN on your environment, or on a test/staging copy you provide. We agree the access method up front so your live data stays protected.
Will the add-on survive SAP B1 upgrades?
Yes — I build using SAP's SDK (DI-API/UI-API) and best practices so add-ons remain stable and upgrade-friendly across SAP B1 versions.
