Designed and implemented a complete GoHighLevel system for an agency to streamline lead management and improve client acquisition. The project included building a full CRM structure, automated lead capture funnels, and follow-up workflows to ensure no lead was missed or left untracked. I also set up pipeline stages tailored to the agency’s sales process, allowing clear visibility from new lead to closed client. In addition, I implemented automation for lead nurturing, appointment booking, and client communication to reduce manual workload and improve response time. The system helped the agency organize their operations better, follow up consistently with prospects, and create a more predictable client conversion process through automation.
