I worked with clients to develop practical product concepts into detailed 3D CAD models using SolidWorks. My projects involved reviewing sketches, reference images, measurements, and design requirements before building the product structure and refining the overall form. I created individual parts, assemblies, and functional components while paying attention to dimensions, clearances, part relationships, and how the product would work as a complete unit. I also refined the external appearance where needed so the final model balanced functionality with a clean product design. For each project, I worked through the design progressively, making adjustments based on client feedback and ensuring the final CAD model was organized and easy to continue developing. I delivered detailed 3D models and supporting technical files suitable for prototyping, presentation, and further manufacturing development.

Product CAD Designer

I worked on the 3D CAD development of functional kitchen and food-storage products, including modular storage containers, spice jars, lids, and related components. I started by reviewing the client's concept, intended capacity, dimensions, stacking requirements, and overall product functionality. Using SolidWorks, I developed the individual components and then assembled them to check how the parts connected and interacted. Particular attention was given to fit, proportions, wall thickness, openings, lids, modular connections, and the way multiple containers could work together as a storage system. I refined the models through several design stages based on feedback, making sure the final product remained practical while maintaining a clean and consistent appearance. The completed CAD files were prepared for prototyping, design presentation, and further manufacturing development.
