Hello, I am Joan.
I'm a freelance illustrator working in Wisconsin. I am experienced in illustrations for posters, advertisements, editorials and picture book art and book covers among others. I primarily use pencil, charcoal, pen and ink, watercolor drawing and painting methods.

Working with Joan was an absolute pleasure. Communication was fantastic, the finished product looks amazing, and she came in well under the quoted time. I have already begun a sequel to my novel, and Joan will be the first person I turn to when time comes to do the cover art for that one as well.

Joann did such an amazing drawing and brought my dog to life in this drawing! I previously had an artist not able to do this project but Joann understood and had no problem completing this drawing! Would absolutely work with her again and recommend her!
