I am an Expert in Food Science & Technology. As a FOOD SCIENTIST, I have vast practical experience of HACCP/ FOOD SAFETY PLAN in the food sector. Currently, I am working as assistant FOOD SAFETY OFFICER in PUNJAB BEVERAGES COMPANY(PEPSICO). I have practical experience in creating, implementing, maintaining, and updating food safety systems (HACCP) for restaurants, catering, commercial kitchen, warehouse, food trailer business, juice bar, grocery store, and food processing industry in compliance with CODEX/ FDA/ USDA/ local health depart./ retail requirements. I also have expertise in food safety management systems (HACCP, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000) & quality management systems (ISO 9000 and 9001).

1- HACCP Procedure

2- Hazard risk assessment & risk evaluation

3- Identification of PRPs, OPRPs and CCPs,

4- Establishing Critical Limit for CCPs

5- How to monitor CCPs (procedure)

6- How to take corrective actions for deviation

7- Verification(procedure)

All the relevant HACCP documents and forms (Risk assessment sheet, time & temperature log, pH log, calibrations SOP & log sheets, and other HACCP records).
