I revise architectural CAD sets after city plan check. California first: ADU, JADU, additions, and house permit sheets. I work from the comment letter. CBC, CRC, and drawing comments get marked back on the DWG. Same drafting for Texas, Florida, and New York when you send the city letter and the current set. I also rebuild as-built PDFs and scans into AutoCAD. I draft. I do not stamp. I do not file. Title 24 and structural calcs stay with your architect or PE.... Plus d’infos
