First time working with Zen and I must say it was SPECTACULAR! Zen is very kind AND considerate, giving me a discount on my first purchase because of my financial situation! Zen was really good, especially considering the price point! There was an outage at their location, so there was a little longer than expected delivery time.

I like the rigged model overall and the delivery time is fast, but there are some small details I wish to fix. I sent Zen a message about how to fix them but never received a reply. I’m fine with him replying it’s not his responsibility to explain how to fix these, but with no reply at all for almost a week, I don’t think it’s respectful.

Always does an amazing job! I usually come with some ideas in mind, but Zen always knows what to do and puts together a nice animated visual for me. Thanks again and I will definitely be back whenever I need something done.

Absolutely amazing work! There were some bumps in the road because my character is out of the norm, but genuinely zen is exceptional!
