I'm a financial analyst (FCCA, CMA) with 15+ years in corporate FP&A. I work with people buying or running a small business, who need the numbers to mean something.
I build three-statement financial models that balance every month, 13-week rolling cash flow views, and red-flag reviews that tell you what to ask for, not just what the ratio is.
Every finding comes with three things: the document to request, the question to ask, and what it does to price or terms.
Deliverables: an editable Excel model plus a plain-English report. I don't provide investment advice or audit opinions.
