FAQ
Does it work with scanned or photographed documents?
Yes. It handles clean PDFs, scans and phone photos. Very low quality scans may need a quick manual check, which is what the review screen is for.
Will it work with invoices from different vendors with different layouts?
Yes, that's the whole point. No templates per vendor. Send me a few samples and I'll show you the output before you commit to a bigger package.
Is my data safe?
The tool runs inside your own accounts, your Google Drive, your Sheets, your API keys. I don't keep copies of your documents after delivery.
What are the running costs after delivery?
Only the AI API usage, typically a few cents per document. For most small businesses that is under 20 dollars a month. No fees to me unless you want ongoing support.
Can it push data into my accounting software?
Yes, on the Premium package. QuickBooks, Xero and Airtable are included. Other systems with an API are usually fine, just message me first.
