Brought DrChrono live for a busy primary care clinic that needed smoother check-in, cleaner scheduling, and consistent documentation across providers. I began by interviewing the front desk, MA team, and clinicians to understand their day-to-day flow and the friction points causing delays and missed handoffs. From there, I translated requirements into a practical setup plan and configured DrChrono end-to-end. My work included building provider schedules (availability rules, buffers, visit limits), standardizing core appointment types (new patient, annual physical, follow-up, sick visit, telehealth), and creating digital intake and consent packets to improve the quality of demographics and insurance capture. On the clinical side, I set up reusable primary care note templates and simple operational checklists to support referrals, labs, and follow-ups. I also implemented role-based permissions and clear handoff steps to prevent “lost tasks” between staff. To ensure adoption, I delivered an SOP playbook, a go-live checklist, and a recorded training walkthrough so the team could run the system confidently from day one.
