What information do you need to start?
Please provide your existing plans, hand sketches, measurements, property address, site information, reference images and a clear description of the proposed work.
Can you prepare ADU and garage-conversion plans?
Yes. We can prepare architectural drawings for detached or attached ADUs, garage conversions, backyard units and similar residential projects.
Can you draw home additions and renovation plans?
Yes. We prepare existing and proposed floor plans, elevations, roof plans and sections for room additions, renovations and remodeling projects.
Are your drawings ready for permit submission?
We prepare detailed architectural drawings based on the information and jurisdiction requirements provided. Final requirements vary by city, and additional engineering, calculations or licensed stamps may be required.
Can you revise drawings after city comments?
Yes. Corrections may be included within the package revisions. Major changes or additional consultant requirements will require a separate offer.
