For four years, my own business depended on one thing: copy that sold. I ran my own business making dog toys and wrote every product description myself. If the words didn't work, the toys didn't sell. A stroke meant I had to close that chapter, but the part I loved most, the writing, was something I could keep. Now I bring an owner's eye to other brands' copy: websites, product descriptions, emails, social. I'm also the one who spots the typo everyone else missed, so what I hand over is clean and ready to publish.
