I was responsible for leading and scaling Shopify-based e-commerce operations, overseeing store development, theme customization, template optimization, and product listing management. I directed the end-to-end operational flow of Shopify stores, ensuring performance, scalability, and a seamless customer experience. I managed Shopify themes, templates, and storefront architecture, collaborating closely with developers and designers to implement conversion-focused layouts, optimize site speed, and maintain brand consistency across multiple stores. I also oversaw product catalog structuring, collection logic, pricing updates, and inventory workflows within Shopify. In addition, I coordinated integrations with third-party apps, payment gateways, fulfillment systems, and automation tools to streamline operations and improve efficiency. My role included monitoring store performance, resolving operational bottlenecks, and implementing best practices to support revenue growth and long-term scalability within the Shopify ecosystem.
