As always Ayushi is truly an enlighten being. We utilized these session to practices different meditation asanas and focused on stretching techniques to increase flexibility in more advance meditative asana's. Looking forward to future sessions.

Ayushi is encouraging, explains everything clearly, and provides helpful adjustments throughout the practice. As a beginner, I felt comfortable and supported throughout the session. I love how present, calm, and patient she is, and her guided meditations are wonderful. Highly recommend!

She is simply great! She is very knowledgeable about different meditation methods and chose one that was good for me. I felt very relaxed and calm and hours later my body is still calm. Will be booking again soon!
