Car aerodynamics CFD and 3D scanning engineer

Mechanical engineer (NIU B.S.; Caterpillar, BorgWarner; Formula SAE and SAE Snowmobile) now specializing in car aerodynamics. I 3D-scan real cars and run full-vehicle CFD in OpenFOAM to show what an aero part actually does: drag and downforce in newtons, pressure maps and flow videos. Also experienced in Ansys and SolidWorks Flow Simulation. Recent work: a scanned, mesh-verified Tesla spoiler study for OpenSourceT. I also clean up 3D scans and rebuild parts as editable CAD (STEP) or print-ready files. Clear numbers, honest limits, results you can see.

Zero reviews, don’t scroll past. Oversized spoiler, told him my printer, nozzle, and material, print-ready 3MF in about six hours. Six-piece male/female split, drops into Bambu Studio, fits like Legos with a dab of superglue. Answered immediately. Hire him.

Just hire him. I shopped this rear-spoiler CFD against cheaper overseas sellers and almost went that way. He’s only about 20% more, and it isn’t close. He told me up front exactly what mesh size I was getting for the price — no beating around the bush — and he ran it with a moving ground. Everyone else...
