At ITICS Agency, I’m the Founder and Lead Content Strategist. For the last five years, I’ve been building digital ecosystems for brands and entrepreneurs. My focus is simple: making sure every piece of content actually helps a business grow by attracting and converting the right audience. I lead a creative team to handle full digital presences. We do it all: strategic content ideas, professional video editing for Reels and TikTok, community management, and WordPress development. I’ve personally managed thousands of posts, making sure everything is high-quality so my clients can stop worrying about their social media and focus on their business. The best part of ITICS Agency is our 100% asynchronous model. I’ve built a workflow that prioritizes precision and quality over improvisation. We respect our clients' time while delivering consistent results every single day, no matter where they are in the world. Whether it’s a full content calendar or a complex web project, I’m here to deliver excellence that drives real growth.

Content Creator & UGC Specialist

Dec 2011 - Present • 14 yrs 10 mos

I’ve been building my personal brand and creating content for my own platforms since 2011, which has given me a deep, hands-on understanding of how digital audiences evolve. What started as a passion for storytelling and community building has grown into KendraManager, my personal brand where I combine years of experience with a fresh, strategic approach to the UGC world. Recently, I’ve transitioned into the UGC space, where I lend my image, voice, and creative essence to help brands connect with their audiences in a way that feels 100% authentic. My background as a long-time creator allows me to produce content that doesn’t feel like an ad, but like a genuine recommendation from a friend. I specialize in creating high-impact videos for beauty, parenting, and lifestyle niches, focusing on relatable storytelling and dynamic editing. My personal brand is backed by successful collaborations with major global names like L'Oréal Paris, La Roche-Posay, Garnier, and Revlon. These brands trust me because I know how to deliver a professional aesthetic while staying true to the "real-life" vibe that drives engagement today. Whether I’m sharing my journey as a working mom or demonstrating a new product, my goal is always to build immediate trust and authority for the brands I represent.
