What kind of tasks can be done in 30 minutes?
Typically small updates like CSS tweaks, fixing spacing/alignment, changing images or text, updating menus, or basic layout fixes.
What can you cover in the 1-hour task?
his is ideal for debugging plugin/theme issues, speed and performance checks, resolving layout bugs, SEO/meta tag adjustments, or optimization tasks using plugins.
What tasks need 2 hours or more?
Full landing page designs, complex layout adjustments, implementing new sections across pages, or anything that involves both design and troubleshooting.
Do you need admin access to my website?
Yes, I’ll need temporary admin access (and SFTP/FTP access if deeper troubleshooting is required). Don’t worry, your data and privacy are safe with me.
Can you help with backend development or custom plugin work?
Backend is not my core expertise. I specialize in frontend and user-facing improvements, optimizations, and issue resolution related to plugins or themes.

Collaboration en coursI reached out to Grace with a problem I was having with a website and she handled everything beautifully and made it so easy from my end. She was fast, communicative, understood the problem immediately, and explained in advance what it would take to fix it and then delivered on time. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Thank you Grace!
