Worked with Aya again on the Japanese localization of my psychological horror game, and it was a great experience. She was extremely thorough throughout the whole project. Whenever something in the script was ambiguous, culturally specific, or depended on game context, she asked instead of guessing....

The manuscript retains the author's thoughtfulness and is also rendered in a more engaging, smoother tone. Providing the detailed explanation in addition to the translation is very helpful. Excellent communication and work. I will ask her again.

Aya did an amazing job with the Japanese localization for my indie game. I use the word localization here very intentionally because she went above and beyond not only to translate the text, but also to ensure it landed well with a Japanese audience. I would highly recommend Aya for any Japanese localization work.
