I think Keith and Samy have exceptionally sharp analytical and communication skills, akin to Master's or PhD's; expertise in GIS tools & Python, and..integrity. They delivered a professional product, complete with statistical analysis, graphs and a write up which blew us away! For a student project or a professional product, I would not hesitate.
