Hi! My name is Maria Celina, I like to help people find well-being, teaching them tools that allow them to know themselves better, adjusting to the concerns and needs of the practitioner. I invite you to consciously deepen the fluidity and expansion of movement along with breathing, stimulate the balance between flexibility, strength, dexterity, energy, intuition, mental clarity, coordination and vital energy.
Throughout these years I have learned about this ancient art that is Yoga, accompanied by techniques from Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda and detox. Wellcome.
