- Lead localization quality operations to convert rich English source text into native Turkish language to deliver engaging and relatable experiences for the online battle royale “PUBG MOBILE”, the co-op action game “SYNCED”, the mobile sports game “NBA Infinite” and the mobile survival game “Undawn” - Manage the transcreation of wordplay and culturally shared experiences, while replacing culturally-sensitive content to deliver outputs that are appropriate for the target market - Create and evolve style guides and glossaries to maintain consistency and fluency throughout the game - Partner with cross-functional teams to support the voice-over process to optimize standards and achieve natural, fluent language - Elevate the quality of service providers' translations by critically reviewing content to inform targeted feedback, advising on the overall approach and goals for each project, and providing detailed information to ensure consistency - Develop detailed quality reports for presentation to project leaders and the localization manager alongside recommendations to improve workflow and overall quality of work - Execute regular QA checks by executing in-game tests to identify and mitigate errors - Perform in-depth proofreading and polishing to eliminate errors, ensure all content is in the correct context, and optimize both the accuracy and quality of localizations – approving all final products for integration into the game - Leverage LQA (Localization Quality Assurance) reports and feedback to capitalize on improvements within existing localization quality of games
