My name is Melissa, and I’m a freelancer from Yorkshire, U.K. With a Master’s degree in Cartography (G.I.S. and Remote Sensing) from Aberystwyth University, I specialise in creating custom fantasy maps for books, games, and world-building projects.

This is the second map Melissa has created for me for my fantasy book series. And as with the first, she didn't disappoint! She did a great job capturing the vision I shared with her, and proactively communicated as we iterated on a few revisions. If you are looking for someone to build you a fantasy map, I can't recommend Melissa enough!

Sooo grateful for the chance to work with Melissa again and super happy with how the map of Illios turned out! Melissa was really kinda and flexible, and her mapping skills are phenomenal! I especially appreciated her working with me when I found a mistake in my original map, and she took care of it!
