Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The work lacked professionalism, communication was impolite at times, and the final result did not fully meet expectations. I expected clearer communication and a more respectful attitude throughout the project.

He is truly very cooperative, very quick to respond, and highly skilled. I had a major problem, and he was honest with me and never delayed in solving it for me. He is truly talented, and I strongly recommend working with him.

Ricky was so fast and so efficient. I thought my file was a lost cause and it felt like within minutes he had it fixed up and ready to go. When I had questions about it he recorded a short tutorial for me(a complete novice) which was beyond kind and helpful. Thank you so much!
