The formatting and readability of my manuscript were improved, and I appreciate the work that was done. However, I expected a deeper line edit based on the service description. As a 2nd time author, it's still very nerve wracking to go through this process but she answered all of my questions, was very responsive, and courteous during this process (I probably got on her nerves lol) but I couldn't tell.
