Did not deliver on commenting on my "narrative flow, tone consistency and overall readability of your manuscript while preserving your unique voice" though it was promised, and re requested it was never...

The formatting and readability of my manuscript were improved, and I appreciate the work that was done. However, I expected a deeper line edit based on the service description. Some grammar, flow, and transition issues still remained, so I’ll need to do additional editing myself. Overall, the work was okay, but I was hoping for a more polished final draft.

Please don't get discouraged at a non-perfect rating. I think the work was phenomenal. I was able to identify and resolve the issues in a very quick and timely fashion. This is the second book I have worked on with Bookbright and I will definitely continue to work with her for the rest of the series....
