Thank you so much for taking the time to stop by my profile page! Fiverr is my full-time job as a bioinformatician and data scientist with over 5 years of experience in next-generation sequencing (NGS) data analysis.
I work on RNA-seq, WGS, ChIP-seq, scRNA-seq, shotgun/16S rRNA, and miRNA analysis. I handle everything from raw data to final results, including quality control, alignment, and visualization. I also have experience in cancer genomics, neurogenomics, cardiogenomics, and epigenomics.
