What access do you need?
WordPress admin plus hosting, FTP/SSH or cPanel access. If your site is completely down or you are locked out, hosting access alone is enough. Everything is backed up first and I remove my access when the order completes.
My site is completely down and I can't log in. Can you still fix it?
Yes - that is most of what I do. With hosting or FTP access I work directly on the files and database, restore access, find the cause and fix it. Send me the URL and any error message and I will get started.
Which themes, builders and plugins do you work with?
All of them. Elementor, Divi, WPBakery, Bricks, Gutenberg, ACF, WooCommerce, LearnDash, membership and booking plugins, multisite, custom themes and bespoke plugins. If it runs on WordPress, I can fix it.
What is included in the Monthly Care Plan?
Safe core, plugin and theme updates tested on staging first, off-site backups, security monitoring and hardening, uptime alerts, performance checks, 3 hours of fixes or small changes each month and a plain-English report. Subscribe monthly and cancel any time.
Will you install a load of plugins to fix it?
No. I fix things in the code - PHP, templates, config, database - and I usually remove bloat rather than add it. Fewer moving parts means fewer things break on the next update.
What if you can't fix it?
It's rare, but if I genuinely cannot fix the issue I will tell you clearly why and cancel the order so you pay nothing. Send me the URL and the problem first and I will give you a straight answer before you order.
