Hi there, I am a registered dietitian from South Africa with a BS.c Dietetic degree (2013) and MSc Dietetic degree (2019) with majors in critical care, pediatrics, sports nutrition, and renal disease. I have been working as a clinical dietitian for the past 9 years and have experience in various fields of nutrition.

Great diets. Really looks amazing too. However, not really tailored to suit my needs, life style and work. Or even what I like and don’t like. Seems a copy and paste.
